I was honoured to deliver keynotes at the MENA Women Leadership Summit, advocating for gender equity and leadership advancement, and at the Museum of the Future, sharing insights on integrating Emirati talent into high-growth industries.

My leadership in workforce development has been recognised with multiple awards, including the MOHRE Labour Market Award (Financial Services) for excellence in HR leadership and the NAFIS Golden Award 2025 for outstanding contributions to Emirati talent development and workforce competitiveness.
