With almost 30 years of senior leadership experience across the Middle East, I have built my career on connecting people strategies with business outcomes—helping organisations achieve sustainable growth through their greatest asset: their people. Based in Dubai, I have led large-scale transformation and workforce development initiatives across Financial Services, Hospitality, Real Estate, Investment, Construction, and Professional Services, including entities regulated by DIFC, ADGM, and CB UAE.

My expertise spans strategic talent acquisition, organisational development, and Emiratisation/Nationalisation programs. I have successfully designed and delivered initiatives that exceeded national workforce targets, directly contributing to the UAE’s and GCC’s localisation agendas. My work continues to focus on shaping resilient, future-ready organisations through inclusive, purpose-driven talent strategies.

As an active voice in the HR and talent landscape, I regularly speak on platforms that influence national workforce priorities. I was honoured to deliver keynotes at the MENA Women Leadership Summit, advocating for gender equity and leadership advancement, and at the Museum of the Future, sharing insights on integrating Emirati talent into high-growth industries.

My leadership in workforce development has been recognised with multiple awards, including the MOHRE Labour Market Award (Financial Services) for excellence in HR leadership and the NAFIS Golden Award 2025 for outstanding contributions to Emirati talent development and workforce competitiveness.
